Hydromancy Soundscape: Channelling Water
hiiii this is Lella, thank you for coming back this year! as you may or may not know, this publication is where i share the poems i write for each day of April. each year has a conceptual container that i create to process my life.
this year i’m doing something different. we are not digesting what was, we are tuning in and listening to what is, and practicing active acceptance\receiving. what im really doing is letting the divine take me there, that is to say through my divinity let me know abundance, experince joy and give my life depth.
expect poetry, magic, and instead of image, this year we are going to have sound—but we still might have images. let’s see where this takes us.

you can play this while you are reading. that is the Indian Ocean on the Lamu shores. i was listening to this when i wrote today’s poem. i did not go to the ocean today, this recording is also from April 16.
it kinda looks like the rainy season has begun, finally got some cool air. the heat was getting too much. for today i was hoping to record the sound of the rain but it has not rained since sunset. will try again tomorrow. here is today’s soundscape. (she’s very chill)
